You never forget the first time you discover this exceptional green tea. As the Huang Shan Mao Feng, it comes from the Anhui province at the foot of the Huangshan (the yellow mountains) in difficult to access places.

Made by hand, this tea is made up of a rosebud and two leaves, which are displayed on a wire fence and then are flattened with a damp cotton cloth which over we use a roller. This process leaves marks on the leaves, which are very characteristic of this tea.
