This tea, like the Gyokuro, is shade grown during the last weeks before the harvest. This way, its leaves are thicks and contain a lot of chlorophyll, they are dark and intense green.
We get a tea halfway between a Gyokuro and a Sencha, very long in the mouth, with sweet and light touches, less vegetable than a classic sencha.
A very high quality tea, rich in theine, that you can taste at a low temperature, to enjoy all its invigorating virtues.
